Earth to Lolo Return Policy
Earth to Lolo works hard to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange.
To make a return:
- Items must be unused
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
- You must have a proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of custom pieces.
To return a product, please email lolo@earthtololo.com along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of $10.
Buyer acknowledges that Seller has made no representations in regards to the product which induced Buyer or that were relied upon by Buyer in order to purchase the product.
